She has published research on Native American women's healthcare access and a book about her journey as a teenage mother. As President of Treasure Coast Maternity Center, she advocates for women's healthcare access. Her purpose in every endeavor is to be the best role model for her two children and show people that they have the right to choose how their life turns out and, given the tools, turn their dreams into reality.
